Maintenance Rookie of the Year went to Lonnie Herndon from the Monterra at Bonita Springs

Maintenance Technician of the Year went to Jose Perez from Salamanca Pointe in Ft. Myers

Maintenance Supervisor of the Year was awarded to Cesar Mezerene from Naples 701

Leasing Consultant of the Year was awarded to Kimberly Chernik from Viridian Lakes at Beach Club

Assistant Manager of the Year was awarded to Roxanne Fogg from the Palms of Monterrey

LIHTC Assistant Manager of the Year was awarded to Mirtha Morera from Heron Park Apartments

Property Manager of the Year to Shelly Levantini from The Palms of Monterrey
