Event Details

Join us for an interactive seminar with a new approach that dives into the toughest questions and scenarios related to the Fair Housing Act. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has received more funding than ever to ensure compliance with the Fair Housing Act, and complaints are being filed at an unprecedented rate. Now is the time to be confident when answering questions from residents and prospective residents about enforcement guidelines, community rules, assistance animals, modifications, and more.

We will explore specific state and local actions that affect the Fair Housing law in your area. Learn what the courts have said about each case and how you can avoid costly mistakes in Fair Housing law enforcement.

This class with revealing data is essential for all those individuals and teams working in multifamily management companies to attend. NAA credentials holders will receive 3 continuing education credits
