FAA 2020 Compensation & Benefits Survey Reports Now Available!

In May 2020, FAA researched average compensation and benefits for multifamily professionals across Florida and within each of our 10 affiliate regions.
The statewide report includes data from 21 multifamily management companies representing more than 181,000 units — more than a quarter of the entire FAA membership. This year's report compares 2020 figures with data collected in 2018. Compensation information is provided for job titles from supervisors of regional property managers to leasing agents, as well as for maintenance professionals.
Regional reports are also available for each of FAA’s 10 affiliate associations. Email rona@faahq.org to purchase multiple reports at a 20% discount.
